About Me

Hi! My name is Amanda. I’m a mother of two beautiful little girls. I love spending time with my family and I love staying fit.  Exercise is the one thing that I can do that is ALL ME.  I hope you enjoy my daily workouts. If you are in the Austin area and would like to workout with me, please contact me and we can make it happen.

I consider my site as motivation for you and me!  My passion for fitness started as soon as I was able to drive. Friends and I would drive to kick-boxing classes when kick-boxing was cool. Remember that? Then it was yoga and then jogging and then various classes in-between. Now I have two kids and time is considerably more limited. I try to put everything I’ve enjoyed into 10-20 minute workouts and I’m seeing amazing results. I am looking for a group of people with the same interests to help keep me motivated and to share tips. I hope you give me your feedback so we can help each other. Most importantly, I hope you fall in love with fitness as much as me and that it makes a positive change in our life!
