It includes two small Tabata rounds which, along with the first part, will keep your metabolism up for the next 24 hours! There’s a big difference between working out and working out smart! You have so many options and modifications with these workout too. The most important thing is that you modify when needed and keep moving during the interval.

Interval Timer (60/15) 12 Rounds (3x Thru)
- 5 Plank Jax -2 Elbow Plank Getups
- Hamstring Kick R 30 sec/ Hamstring Kick L 30 sec
- Side-Side Pushup
- Leap Switch Burpee
Parts 2 & 3 are 4 minutes long with (20/10) intervals with a 1 minute rest between parts. You will be alternating between 2 exercises during each Part. I use an app called, Seconds. It has a super easy Tabata timer.
- Squat Jump
- Plank Side-Side Kicks
- 1/2 Burpee Jump Tuck
- Pike Jump Knee Tuck
