I love this workout! I finished in 14:05. See how quickly you can get through it, and keep track of your time. You can come back to this workout in a couple months and beat your time! It doesn’t get better than that. Most importantly, have fun! Enjoy the next 14-25 minutes. For most of us and our busy days, that’s all the time we get to ourselves. Use that time to better yourself. These exercise do more than just strengthen our bodies! They improve our mood and strengthen our mental endurance.
