Are you perfect? I’m not, but the only way we can strive to do our best is by slowing down and focusing on what we’re doing now. We spend most of our days multitasking. Between kids, meals, work, chores and just plain daily life there’s not a lot of time to just focus on one thing. Today, I invite you to forget about all of your other responsibilities and todos for 15 minutes and focus on each exercise.
We’re not robots, we mess up, forget things, break things, but lets try to do our best and get through these next 15 minutes focusing just on what we’re doing now. If you do, I bet the rest of your day will be a piece of cake, but don’t eat it!
This is an awesome workout! I was dripping in sweat when I finished!. It just goes to show that you don’t have to jump around to get a great workout (although I do like to jump around from time to time).
